יש כל מיני דברים שהופכים את האדם למשהו שונה משאר הטבע, ל"נזר הבריאה". זה מצד אחד. מהצד השני, האדם הוא לא רק שונה משאר הטבע, אלא גם חלק ממנו, כלומר, בעל חי, שמכיל בתוכו גם אינסטינקטים ודחפים של החיה שהוא. הקיום האנושי בעולם הוא מורכב מאין כמוהו.

but I can, and I am and I will. My heart goes out to the people of Iran. I'm sitting here in Israel, glued to #iranelection on twitter, can't stop refreshing. I don't know if you'll succeed. I call myself agnostic, but right now I'm praying real hard. I pray for you, I love you, I envy you. I hope nothing will be able to break you down. I can't bring myself to write anything clever about anything now. That can wait to reflection time. I just pray and hope you will succeed, and show all the hypocrites everywhere around the globe the real Iranian threat, the one that they're all so very much scared of – the threat of real democracy.

So here I am, sharing it with my little world.

זה לא מקרה שהפוסטים האחרונים כאן היו פוסטים אורחים, למרות שברגיל אני מעדיפה להיות Master of my own domain. הניסיון לקפוץ כל פעם, אחרי כל אכזבה, שוב לביצה הפוליטית ובכל זאת להאמין הולך והופך לקשה יותר ויותר, עם הידרדרות המצב ועומק האכזבות, וגם הכתיבה על זה הולכת והופכת ליותר ויותר קשה.

שוקי כתב פוסט מאוד נכון בדיוק בעניין הזה, תחת הכותרת "ליברמן זו הבעיה הקטנה". עד כמה שזה קשה, עד כמה שזה נראה חסר תקווה, חסר עתיד וחסר תוחלת, בכל זאת, אני נאלצת להסכים. כי אחרת, מה כבר נשאר.
